In both my classroom and own life, I practice and preach the growth mindset. The growth mindset is believing that intelligence can be developed with effort, drive, determination, and by setting learning goals which are reflected upon. Below is a collection of essays that I have written through which I reflect on my past and present goals, what I have learned throughout my master's program, and how I plan to continue to gain knowledge in the future.
